- No international shipping at this time. United States and its territories only.
- Advance orders / delay shipment: You can order up to 6 months early. Provide delivery date in the comments box during checkout.
- Weddings / events: Order minimum 1 week to maximum 6 months early. Provide delivery date in the comments box during checkout.
- No print catalog available at this time. Our most up to date inventory and product listings are on this website.
- We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesdays. Same week shipping cut-off for new orders is Tuesday 11:30AM Pacific.
- We ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. No free shipping available to these locations.

Please be aware this is a working greenhouse, not a retail store. Therefore, we have a few strict rules when visiting:
- Only plants in designated areas are for sale. All other plants are for propagation, pre-sales, or online sales only.
- All Tillandsia (Air Plants) are reserved for online sales and cannot be purchased in the greenhouse.
- Please respect the employees’ time and attention. They may be called away suddenly to answer the phone or perform other duties. Thank You!
